FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. WHY DON''T YOU HAVE AN ONLINE STORE?
A. When you buy online, what you see, is what you expect to get. EACH of our Sun Catcher Pendants and accessories are different. No two are alike. Because nothing is mass produced, it's impossible to show you online exactly what you will get when you place an order on line.
Q. WHERE ARE JESMIC ITEMS MADE?
All Jesmic products are Made In the Province of Alberta, Canada, in the Studio Store of Esther Susan, three hours north of Edmonton.
All Sun Catcher Pendants, and all accessories are designed and made, one at a time, by Esther Susan. Special Orders and Collections are modified for customer's preferences in Calgary by our Sales staff as required.
Q. WHAT IS 'FACTORY ASSORTED'?
A. "Factory Assorted" is the term used when the factory makes up your order with a selection as close to what is described. We will take a picture of an assortment and send it to your for your approval BEFORE we ship, so you can verify it's what you want. What you see will be what you get.
Q. WHERE DO GET YOUR COMPONENTS?
A. We always source local and Canadian, or then North American suppliers FIRST. This is especially important when we need parts in a hurry or in smaller quantities. However, because we sell wholesale to retailers, who have to purchase at price points and quantities for making good profits, we do have suppliers off shore and internationally.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SUN CATCHER PENDANTS MADE FROM?
A. Generally speaking our SCP's are made from "New, Natural, and Vintage" components. The most reflective material is multifaceted glass that is electroplated for a rainbow finish. All metallic accents, findings, etc. are mixed alloy and electroplated stainless steel and nickel free for wearing.
Q. HOW COME SOME OF THE METALLIC ACCENTS OR CHARMS LOOK TARNISHED?
A. One reason is that IF the mixed alloy has silver, it will tarnish the same as any silver product that isn't factory coated. The other reason is that Jesmic products are prized for their vintage look of glamour and that comes naturally with patina, or a natural aged look.
Q. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SEE JESMIC PRODUCTS?
A. Option One: IF you live within a day's drive of Calgary, contact us and we will arrange a day trip to bring a Pop-Up Presentation for you to make purchases on the spot. Save shipping and handling and see exactly what you are getting.
B. Option Two: IF you live more than a day's drive away from Calgary, contact us and make arrangements that are mutually beneficial. Some expenses for travel may apply, but are often less than the cost of Shipping and Handling.

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE?
A. We use Square Viritual Terminal over the phone and by email. In person we can use Debit, Tap, or Credit Card. We will take a company cheque but it has to clear our bank before we will ship the goods. We will take a bank draft and cash if it's a sale made in person.

A. Our minimum order quantity per item is 10. However, you can order any quantity over that for the same price each. Example. You can order 11, and don't have to order another 10. Volume discounts are only available for special orders of 100 or more, with quotes after we research suppliers.
Some of our Seasonal, Limited Time offers are based on the minimum volumes of components we purchase at a special price, which we pass on to our dealers, to enhance their sales and profits in their peak seasons.
